This is the first issue. It covers changes to the CBAM acts, new documents on the Commission's CBAM pages, and what we published. This time that means one small correction to an act, one date and seven articles.

18 September: a corrigendum to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2547 (OJ L 2026/90773) corrects one word in the Dutch text of Annex II point B.2. The English text already read that way, so nothing changes if you work from the English version.

Coming up
| October: the CBAM certificate price for the third quarter of 2026. The Commission calculates it during the first calendar week of the fourth quarter and publishes it on its website on the first working day of the following week (Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2548, Article 1(2) and Article 4(1)). |
One thing is new: from the third quarter of 2026, the Commission is to make the 2026 quarterly prices available to authorised CBAM declarants in the CBAM registry as well (Article 4(2)). Each price applies to the certificates for embedded emissions declared for 2026, for goods imported in that quarter (Article 1(6)). So the third-quarter figure is the one for goods imported from July to September.
