2. Calculator results are estimates only

The results produced by our CBAM cost calculators are estimates based on official EU-published default values, benchmark data, and certificate prices. They are intended to help you understand your potential exposure and are not a substitute for formal compliance advice.

Actual CBAM liability depends on verified embedded emissions data, applicable production routes, country-specific carbon pricing deductions, and evolving EU regulatory guidance. DeCarbonPro accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of calculator estimates.

3. Not legal or compliance advice

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, financial, or formal compliance advice. DeCarbonPro provides regulatory intelligence and technical analysis to support your own decision-making. For formal compliance obligations, consult a qualified legal or regulatory advisor.
